Our Mission: Help you be a better human.
There are about a million habit tracking systems and apps out there. Most of them do a fantastic job of helping you develop good habits like exercising and reading and meditating and staying hydrated.
Good habits are super important and we use these apps all the time.
But something is missing.
If you meditate every morning, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and you're cruel to the people around you what have you really gained? If you've met some of the well muscled, super hydrated, jerks at the gym you know what we mean.
In addition to good habits, we wanted a system to help us become better people. We looked all over and, surprisingly, we didn't really find anything.
Since it doesn't exist, we are setting out to build that system. We have something created but it's still pretty rough. It consists of a weekly worksheet and journal.
Starting in January 2018 we will be posting weekly on this website about our method as well as deep dives into what we believe are some of the most important character traits.
We will also make our worksheets available to download for free.
This is going to be a lot of work. We will need a to do a lot of research, refining, and iteration until this is something that can be useful to a lot of people.

What can you do?
Use the worksheets. Try the method. Give us feedback and tell us where it falls short and could be improved. Tell us what character traits are important to you and which ones you'd like to develop. Read our writing. Tell us when we are wrong and tell us when we are right.
With our powers combined, we're confident that we can help each other become better people.
